'Fitoor' is the Bollywood adaptation of author Charles Dickens’ book ‘Great Expectations’, which has already been made into a Hollywood film.
The film also stars Rekha in a pivotal role. She reportedly plays a spinster who was left at the wedding altar by her groom and goes on to become a bitter woman, always dressed up in wedding outfits.
Katrina Kaif recently heaped praise on Rekha, and said: “Every time I have met her, I have been amazed by her warmth, her grace and her immense enthusiasm towards life. I am sure we will have a great time filming together and I am looking forward to it.”
The shooting for ‘Fitoor’ has been going on in Kashmir since quite some time. In fact, Katrina Kaif and Aditya Roy Kapur shot a kissing scene for ‘Fitoor’ in Kashmir last month.
