He hanged himself while being in the prison. Now Ram Singh, the rapist, is haunting Sant Ravi Dass Camp in Delhi, where he and three other Nirbhaya rapists lived.
The Sant Ravi Dass Camp is a slum area in the city. Many women have reported seeing a ghost hanging around on the terrace. His parents have already left the house. Now, even kids are not allowed to go close to his dilapidated and abandoned house. Some people scoff at the idea of a ghost haunting the place, but many people staunchly believe that Ram Singh is still haunting the area.
